1315 South Jefferson Davis Parkway. The former home of Blue Plate Mayonnaise has been converted into 72 mixed-income residential lofts, with preferences for artists. Amenities include a business center, fitness center, outdoor courtyard, roof deck, a community/gallery space, music rehearsal room, dog wash station, local art & sculptures, on-site gated parking, as well as energy efficient features. JCH developed this project in partnership with HRI Properties.

The Blue Plate building is listed on the National Register of historic places and is located in a designated Louisiana Cultural District.
